Teenagers who are interested in learning more about police work are being encouraged to join the force as cadets.
The Isle of Man Police Youth Scheme wants to recruit 15 Year 10 students to take part in the two year programme.
In his last annual report the Chief Constable praised the idea saying it'd been a "huge success" despite being launched "in the face of some ill-informed public scepticism":
