A teenager has pleaded guilty to raping an 11-year-old boy.
18-year-old Aiden McMahon admitted the offence when he appeared before Deemster Montgomerie at Douglas Courthouse on Friday.
The court heard the attack took place in April last year.
A Newton Hearing will now be held to resolve the facts in the case - the court was told special measures will be needed during the hearing when McMahon's victim is called to give evidence.
McMahon was remanded in custody at the Isle of Man Prison - he'll next appear in court on March 10th.
