A Ramsey teenager has been remanded in custody as he faces charges of bringing tens of thousands of pounds of drugs to the Island.
Matthew John George Williams of May Hill appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse via a live videolink from the Island’s jail.
He’s admitted possessing a drug known as Doc in Parliament Square in Ramsey on May 12 and producing £51,000 worth of cannabis on November 30, but at a previous hearing entered no plea to producing 1,466 ecstasy tablets on December 2.
There was no application for bail and the 18 year old was remanded to the Isle of Man prison to appear at a committal hearing on February 2.
