Representatives from international financial watchdog MONEYVAL have arrived on the Isle of Man.
A major assessment will look at the Island’s compliance with, and effectiveness in, countering financial crime.
The on-site inspection is expected to last two weeks and will include interviews and meetings across the finance and gaming sectors, as well as with regulators, police and government.
The Isle of Man Government says it won’t comment on the inspection until it concludes next year.
