A teenager from Kewaigue will be sentenced later this month after spitting at three police officers.
17-year-old Robyn Sarah Leadley, of Old Castletown Road, lashed out after being arrested on December 14.
At Douglas Courthouse this week she admitted being drunk and disorderly, assaulting the officers and assaulting a care worker.
Police were called to Tynwald Street just before 9pm after reports Leadley had kicked a female care worker in the knee - she was also said to be screaming and shouting.
She was taken to Noble's Hospital where she became abusive and had to be restrained by both police officers and porters.
After arriving at Police Headquarters Leadley proceeded to spit at three separate officers who were trying to assist her through the custody process.
A Social Enquiry Report will be compiled before she's sentenced on January 29 - there was no application for bail and she was remanded at the Isle of Man Prison.
