An 18 year old driver who jumped a red light in front of police officers has been fined £200.
George William Skidmore of Lezayre admitted failing to conform to a traffic direction via a coroner's admission.
Magistrates heard he'd driven through the light on Douglas Promenade in front officers on patrol on Broadway.
Skidmore was also ordered to pay £50 costs and given three points on his licence.
