Teachers at an Island school have received training to support others over their mental health.
24 members of staff at Ramsey Grammar School have completed a series of accredited courses so they can now identify, understand and help someone who may be going through mental health challenges.
The school says having so many personnel now trained on the matter means it's in an 'outstanding position' to support both staff and pupils.
The courses from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England doesn't teach people to be a qualified counsellor or therapist but educates others to listen, reassure and even respond to a possible crisis.
