The head teacher of St Ninian’s High School has warned future year 12s will face added pressures because of changes in the UK.
Anyone who fails an AS exam will now have to wait until the following year to re-sit it.
The changes, introduced by the English Education System are in effect now, with those heading into year 13 set to be the first year affected.
