A campaign group which wants the Manx Government to do more to help people in poverty is staging a tea party to highlight the cause.
The Global Poverty Project will host the event outside government offices on Prospect Hill tomorrow.
Members of the public have been encouraged to attend between 4.30pm and 6.30pm to support the plan – which it’s hoped our political representatives will take notice of.
Campaigner Kristina Crawford says the idea is a celebration as well as putting out an important message:
