Campaigners battling to hold new inquests into the Summerland disaster will find out whether they've won an appeal this week.
Justice for Summerland appealed against a decision by the Island's attorney general not to hold new hearings into the deaths of 50 people after the 1973 fire.
A judgment in the case was expected earlier this month but deferred.
Deemster Corlett is now due to hand down his decision at Douglas Courthouse from 11am on Thursday, July 30.
