A company's been found to run a care home in Douglas - five months after the new building was completed.
LV Care Group will run Summerhill View, a 60-bed facility on Victoria Road that was finished in February.
Earlier this year, Manx Care asked for an extra £2.3 million to complete the building and said it would need £1.5 million a year to run it.
Manx Care says Summerhill View should be open by November.
