There is substantial standing water at Brown Cow Hill, according to Police.
In a post on social media, the constabulary says the water is on the north bound carriageway.
There’s also warning of an oil or diesel spill on the Main Road in Ballaugh.
Police and the Department of Infrastructure are currently at both scenes.
The roads are still open but approach with care.
