Students seeking financial support towards their higher education are reminded they must apply sooner rather than later.
The deadline for applications is 31st July: A busy time for the DEC’s student awards team; it says students who apply early are likely to have their applications processed quickly.
Government has committed £11.9 million in 2014-15 to higher education funding, which is for students studying overseas, on the Island and choosing to distance learn.
Application forms together with a guide to student awards and the regulations can be found at www.gov.im/student-grants
