Over 1000 students from a Douglas high school are taking on a memorial walk today in aid of a local cause.
Pupils of Ballakermeen High School are trekking on a route taking in Port Soderick towards the NSC looking to raise money for Hospice Isle of Man - specifically Rebecca House.
The school holds the event every two years in memory of those connected with the school who've lost their lives.
Those taking on the journey are hoping to raise £10,000 for Rebecca House in total - they've generated just over £2,350 so far.
