Police are warning drivers after reports of speeding outside schools, with children only in their second week of the new term.
Officers say they've had reports of motorists speeding through 20mph zones around the Island's primary schools.
They're reminding temporary restrictions operate in the mornings and afternoons - and say electronic signs make the limits clear.
And they add even a small difference in speed has a huge impact on stopping distances and reaction times if a child runs into the road.
