A popular sporting event in the south of the Island will get underway later this month.
The Children's Centre's GraniteMann off-road triathlon takes place on September 24 and entries are still open to individuals and businesses.
Competitors take part in swimming, cycling and running challenges using tracks at the Cringle Plantation northwest of Ballasalla.
