Steps being taken to improve stroke care

The Isle of Man is falling short in delivering stroke care - compared to many places in the British Isles: 

 
That's the Health and Social Care Minister who says steps are being made to better the service. 
 
Numerous questions have been pitched at his department in recent weeks - aimed at revealing the effectiveness of staff and whether facilities are up to scratch.
 
In the past patients have been admitted to Ward 7 and then transferred to Ward 20 - Howard Quayle explains what's being recommended to improve their care:
