People in Tromode and Cronkbourne are being reassured about unusual sights and sounds this morning.
The Isle of Man Creamery, based on Ballafletcher Farm Road, says its neighbours may notice columns of steam and loud noises.
However, it says it’s having an annual inspection and testing of its steam boilers.
On Facebook, the facility says this is normal and nothing to be concerned and should be finished by lunchtime.
