The Steam Packet company says it's contacting all passengers it has contact details for, after changes to timetables caused confusion today.
Gale force winds mean many sailings have been rescheduled - but on its status page the company no longer lists what time the vessels were originally due to set off.
That's sparked a number of complaints on Facebook from bikers who face difficulties trying to track down changes to sailings which are no longer listed online.
The company says it contacts all passengers it can, although some who booked through third-parties such as travel agents will be notified by them instead.
