The Steam Packet Company says it brought 37,941 passengers to the Island during TT this year.
The figure is down around 1,600 on last year's totals.
This year saw the Manxman and Manannan serving passengers in Heysham, Liverpool, Dublin and Larne while the Ben my Chree carried freight from Heysham.
Managing director Brian Thomson says the ferry firm is proud of the role it plays helping the TT run each year.
