Stay clear from fraudsters warn police

Police are warning people not to fall foul of computer fraudsters who've been targeting Island residents.

Officers say they've been contacted by people who've had phone calls from conmen claiming to be from Microsoft.

In one case, a woman was asked for her IP address four times, even though she doesn't own a computer.

Police say you shouldn't give out any personal or bank details, passwords and pin numbers to strangers.
