Manx Care says it's bringing in extra staff to make sure it can cover emergencies during TT.
On Facebook, it says there'll be more medical and nursing staff in Emergency, Orthopaedic, Critical Care and Radiology during the festival fortnight.
The organisation says it's also working with Aintree's Major Trauma Centre and Walton's Centre for Neurosciences in Liverpool for patients who suffer severe and multiple injuries.
A paramedic from the Great North Air Ambulance Service will also be on the Island to support our Ambulance Service.
