Police say they're investigating 'a number of incidents' in which heating oil has been stolen from fuel tanks across the Island.
In a post on social media, officers are urging those with a tank - to check it and report any irregularities to your local Police Office.
It says the risk of becoming a victim 'can be minimised easily' and at a fairly low cost.
Anyone with information relating to the thefts is asked to call Ramsey Station and quote reference/s 97/1730/23 and 97/1731/2
