The space industry needs to get behind the future Economic Development Minister in order to grow.
That's the opinion of Manxman and chief executive of ManSat Chris Stott, who says the sector works closely with the department to fortify and secure its economy.
Mr Stott is chairing business panels at a leading international space programme in Canada this week - teaching classes on entrepreneurialism.
He says whoever takes on the ministerial post will receive the full backing and support of the industry:
