Castletown Commissioners have announced they'll be reducing rates for the upcoming year.
The local authority's new rate has been set at 395 pence in the pound for each property, down from 398 pence in the pound last year.
And the Towns Fixed Refuse Rate will be reduced by £10 to £220 per property.
The Commissioners say the reductions won't negatively impact the local authority's services.
