Arbory and Rushen Commissioners has announced a below-inflation rates rise for this year.
The board says it'll increase its bills by 2.7 per cent from 183 pence in the pound to 188.
Chair Kirree Jenkins says the rise is driven by factors such as waste disposal which are beyond the local authority's control.
But she says the rates are still the lowest in the south of the Island.
