The organisers of the cancelled Isle of Man Festival say they are making every effort to give people their money back.
A number of people are still waiting for a refund after buying tickets for the MTV backed event which was supposed to be taking place in July.
It's because of a problem with PayPal.
The service is not allowing money to be released from the festival account to those people who bought their tickets early as they are deemed 'out' of the refund window.
Organisers say the situation is 'frustrating' but they remain committed to refunding everyone that bought a ticket.
