Some people have been going to work despite having Covid-19 symptoms.
That's according to the Chief Minister who spoke during Monday's Coronavirus press conference.
He said contact tracing had found some residents were carrying on as normal, despite knowing they had symptoms.
Mr Quayle added this led to some businesses having to close.
