The Island's capital city had just 40 empty social housing properties at the end of last month.
A report to Douglas Council's Housing and Property Committee about vacant homes showed at the end of March there were 40 unallocated houses.
In February, that figure stood at 42.
The report also showed another six properties will be ready for allocation in the next few weeks.
