
Sniffer dogs are to be taken into schools across the Island in a crackdown on drugs.
Sniffer dogs already visit the five secondary schools by invitation from head teachers but now officers plan to carry out unannounced visits too.
As well as detecting drugs, it is hoped the initiative will deter people from bringing them to school.
