Manx Care is launching a initiative that supports pregnant women quit smoking.
Quit4You is running a clinic once a week in Noble's Hospital at the Antenatal Clinic.
Parents are automatically referred to the opt-out service, with sessions running between 1pm and 4pm every Wednesday.
The organisation says exposure to carbon monoxide through smoking in pregnancy can lead to serious health risks for both mother and baby.
