Skin cancer accounted for almost half of all cancer diagnoses on the Island in the past five years.
A Freedom of Information request from 3FM asked how many cancers had been detected since 2019.
In its response, Manx Care revealed 3,430 cases had been found - with 1,649 skin cancers.
Next most common was breast cancer with 403 diagnoses, followed by colorectal - which was found 342 times.
