The Steam Packet Company says silting underneath the new ferry terminal in Liverpool means it's rescheduling a number of sailings next week.
It says arrival and departure times coincide with low tide, and would cause safety issues when loading and unloading.
As a result, the Manannan's sailings on April 27, 28 and 29 have had to be rescheduled.
The company says it's contacting passengers to let them know about the changes.
