Emergency services are currently dealing with a significant fire on Loch Promenade in Douglas.
The fire is contained to the 'Jaks' building - it's believed to be as a result of an electrical fault.
Although details are vague, it has been confirmed there are no casualties or injuries.
The Manx Utilities Authority is currently having to isolate the energy supply and there could be a loss of power to some premises within the Douglas area.
The police are on the scene directing traffic.
