Sidecar racer Ian Bell has died after a crash in the second Sidecar race at TT 2016.
The 58-year-old driver, who was from Northumberland, was competing with his son Carl when they crashed at Ballaspur.
Ian made his TT debut in 1995 and achieved five podiums during his career including a race win in 2003.
ACU Events Ltd has passed on its deepest sympathy to Ian’s family and friends.
