Should the government pay off debt for certain students?

Has the government given any consideration to paying off the student debt of Manx Care employees? 

That's the written question Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse is asking Health Minister Claire Christian. 

Mr Moorhouse says he wants to know if her department's considered providing a means of paying off debt from students whose education was funded by the government, or who are prepared to sign loyalty contracts. 

He says he's spoken to medics who've returned to the Island and called for such a deal.
