The Steam Packet Company says more than half a dozen of its sailings face disruption this week.
The affected crossings are on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
A total of seven Manxman sailings have had to be rescheduled.
On its website, the company says tidal restrictions in Douglas are to blame.
