Police are looking into a number of collisions in Douglas last weekend.
Officers say the incidents occurred on Pulrose Bridge, Hillside Avenue and Bucks Road between 11.10am and 11.30am on Sunday, July 14.
The constabulary wants to hear from anyone who may have seen what happened and is asking witnesses to come forward.
Anyone with information is being asked to get in touch with Police Headquarters.
