Select Committe Sitting Into KSF Collapse This Monday

A select committee will be looking into all aspects and issues surrounding the collapse of KSF and the subsequent depositors compensation scheme.

The committee will be made up of Tynwald representatives and during the first sitting on Monday the Treasury Minister Alan Bell will give evidence.

The remit of the committee is to look into the cause of the collapse, the Financial Supervision Commission’s role throughout and the credibility of the Depositors Compensation Scheme.
