The second phase of repair and conservation work to the Laxey Wheel has now started.
Manx National Heritage says the famous waterwheel will reopen to the public for the season at the end of the month, with the viewing platform available throughout the works.
This latest phase follows two years of initial repair work, which finished in 2022.
There will now be repointing and repainting of the Lady Isabella's rod duct, with timbers and iron works also repaired.
