Strike action by Communication Workers Union (CWU) members has entered its second day.
Union workers are staging a three-day walkout over an ongoing dispute with Isle of Man Post Office over proposed reforms to pay and pensions.
Yesterday, CWU Postal Executive, Steve Halliwell, says he believes the unions latest counter proposal was 'completely reasonable'.
Meanwhile Simon Kneen, Post Office Chief Executive, believes the CWU offer adds significant cost to the business, and that the latest post office proposal is 'realistic, fair and financially responsible'.
