'Sea Dip for your sanity' next month

A 'Sea Dip for Your Sanity' is taking place next month to mark Mental Health Awareness Week.

Local charity Isle Listen and Ramsey Crookall are holding the event - this time, at Port Erin Bay on Saturday, October 8 at 8am.

The charity says it's asking the Island community to join them in showing support for each other’s mental health through the powers of sea dipping.

More than 300 people took part in last year's dip.

Everyone is welcome and will be looked after by volunteers - you can sign up at www.islelisten.im/seadip
