School\'s Resume Normal Service from Monday
The Education and Children Minister Eddie Teare has announced that the Schools will be reopening as normal from Monday of next week.
Both Ballakermeen and St Ninian’s High School have been forced to send whole years of students home this week after teachers found themselves stranded without flights following the Easter break.
Ballakermeen expects to be five teachers down on Monday, and St Ninian’s expect to be missing six, with staff rallying round to make up the numbers.
Despite the shortages the Minister reiterates that all students will be expected as normal on Monday.
