Castle Rushen High School will open as normal this morning after a bomb hoax.
It happened at around 16:00 yesterday (Tuesday) when someone called the school claiming a bomb was on the premises.
Police said a small number of pupils and staff were evacuated and taken to a safe location.
A constabulary spokesman has confirmed the person responsible has now been identified and "will be dealt with".
The government said all clubs and evening classes at the school were cancelled last night.
