The police has confirmed schools across the Island received bomb threats this morning.
The Isle of Man constabulary says at around 7.30am it was informed that a number of primary and secondary schools on the Island had received bomb threat emails.
Officers immediately attended these schools but say they found no risk to the public, students or teachers.
Schools have now reopened and the police are investigating the origins of the threats.
