Castle Rushen High School says a positive Covid-19 case could impact one of its year groups.
The school says it's been informed by contact tracing of a case which could affect Year 7 pupils.
Officials have already been in touch with all pupils who've been determined to be considered high risk contacts this morning.
Anyone who hasn't been contacted is being told there's no need for your child or household to self-isolate or get tested.
However, parents and carers are asked to continue to monitor their children for symptoms and if they display any to call 111.
