The Isle of Man Samaritans plan to turn 'Blue Monday' into 'Brew Monday.'
On what is commonly known as the saddest day of the year, the suicide prevention charity wants to turn it into something positive and encourage people to stay connected.
They'll be raising awareness at the Sea Terminal and Airport on January 15, handing out special 'Brew Monday' tea bags.
Branch Director Mike Nudd says they know people find life difficult at all times of the year, not just one day in January, and so it's important they reach out for support.
