It's bad news for travellers today as several sailings have been cancelled and numerous flights delayed.
Looking at sailings first of all - the 7.15am voyage to Liverpool, the 8.45am departure to Heysham - alongside both of its returns - have been called off.
Meanwhile, the 8.20am flight to Liverpool has been pushed back until 12.55pm and the 9.05am flight to Manchester now won't leave the Island until 3.30pm this afternoon.
Other flights including Dublin are affected so far.
Currently, there's a yellow weather warning in place for coastal overtopping, with strong to gale force winds across the Island.
