Rugby star to address 'pushy parenting' in sport

How do you strike a balance between 'pushy-parenting' and positive reinforcement for athletes?

That's the question a former British Lions and Scotland International rugby player hopes to answer in a workshop in Douglas on February 20th.

It's to address the athlete-parent relationship that either 'helps' or 'hinders' young people from reaching their potential in sport.

Tony Stanger explains why coaches and parents might find his advice useful:
