A training day means all Island GPs will be shut for one afternoon this week.
GP practices will close from 1pm to 6pm on Thursday.
Manx Care says it's to allow clinical and administrative staff to update their skills and training.
Although there'll be no routine appointments or access to practices, patient will still be able to see the Manx Emergency Doctor Service or attend other facilities.
